Our customers are our number one priority. As a Customer Care team member, you will be responsible for interacting with customers regarding their FeneVision software, upgrading existing systems, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in order to provide solutions to their needs.
FeneTech Customer Care team members possess outstanding communication skills, are adept at solving a variety of problems, take pride in our products and our company, and maintain a commitment toward building strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, or MIS
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of customer needs
- 0-2 years’ full time related professional experience
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without FeneTech sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications (but not required)
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Experience with Red-Gate tools
- Fundamental knowledge in database design and SQL
- Fundamental knowledge with VB.net, C#, C++ or equivalent languages
- Foreign language skills
